I found out today I have Anemia and I’m really worried. I’m 14 but I’m not over weight or anything.
What does it do to me & what can it lead to? What type of actions should i take?

i am 38 and had a bad attack last night i woke from my sleep with immense pain in centre of my chest like a crushing pain someone standing on my chest and tightening it all at the same time it lasted about 10 minutes and then the pain subsided it left my lips tingly. i have been experiencing left arm aches for 4 weeks and chest pains on and off when i am over exerting myself. i arrived at a & e this afternoon cos i felt worried and didnt want to go through the pain that i had last night again so went in and they saw me immediately did blood pressure which was okay i thiink they did ecg which showed ectopic beats but blood work was all negative and they therefore said not anything to do with my heart prob indigestion but have referred me to my gp for excercise tolerence testing, I was fine until i got home cos although happy nothing to do with my heart my instincts are tellin me different, should i ignore these pains in the future and put it down to hearburn or do i contact them again i just dont know what to do does the fact that my blood tests came back negative definitely confirm that my heart is fine and i am not going to have a major heart attack anyone have any suggestions / experiences/advice ???

I hate how it looks like. It’s red all the time & crackly. It’s embrassing :( I use petroleum jelly all the time & it is not working for me at all. I’ve tried so many lip balks & nothing seems to be working for me. Can anyone please help? Maybe show me a home remedy? Thank you! (:
