Light Chest Pain and Fever Flush?
I am at 32 year old male. Three years ago I was contracted to work in India and fell very sick. I was rushed to hospital on three seperate occasions with suspected malaria/ M.I
I still have all of the symptoms of Malaria but the blood tests are always negative. I also for some reason have a very high blood pressure reading and never had this before my visit.
My BP sits in the region of 190/100 and I am on medication but it will not reduce. I was issued with a G.T.N spray for angina attacks but I have never had to use it.
ECG, EKG and 3d Echo show no issues with my cardio system. Dr’s have no idea. however, I feel weaker and weaker after each episode to the point I will have to stop work as the ‘fever’ symptoms are lasting more than five days now. Would appreciate any views that you guys may have. Thanks
- Temp increases along with muscle weakness, dry cracking tongue and lips along with small rash on body.
Heart palpitations?
I am a 33 year old female. I have been diagnosed with heart palpitations. The doc mentioned atrial fibrillation. Ive studied the issue and I guess it has never been coaught on an ECG. My heart rate tends to be fast. I had a heart cath and the heart itself is physically fine. I suffer from sporatic angina attacks and TIA’s. My bp tends to run around 130/99. I used to be an athlete that trained on a high level. I was 1995 National Champ. I had a paramedic say once that that could be the problem. I dont know what to look for as far as the problem goes. What does it sound like to you and what should be my next step in treatment. I see my doc tomorrow about my BP, only the nurses seem concerned. The docs keep saying they r going to put me on medication but never do. This BP has been this way for about 6 years now and is getting worse.
Is it possible to have C.A.D under the circumstances?
The passed few months I’ve been really worried about my health. I have hypertension which seems to be getting a lot better. around June it was 151 over 100. About 2 weeks ago when I had it checked it was 110 over 70, that’s good progress, don’t you think? I’ve had recurring chest pains that sometimes arc from the center of my chest to my left collarbone, and at other times arc from one part of my right collar bone to my right shoulder without the chest pain. It seems that I have angina attacks as well, a weird warm, numb like feeling on the left side of my body from my cheek bone all the way down to my ankle. From June up to now I have had two E.K.G.s, two blood tests, and a urine test. Everything came back perfect. My doctor and I settled on the fact that I could have a problem in the esophagus. But I’m still thinking otherwise. Which leads to my question. Even though all my tests came back perfect, is it possible that I could still have C.A.D?

My Dad had 3 stents put in a year ago….?
He had a heart attack over a year ago and had 3 stents put in a few weeks after. Now, 15 months after the procedure he’s having frequent angina attacks and im so worried about him. He says he’s using his spray but could anyone tell me anything about this? Is it normal for him to have these angina attacks now? He’s so stubborn and doesn’t want to go to the doctors, yes i know this is very stupid. My mum will make him go. But i just wanted to see if anyone knows more about this than i do. Iv searched on Google but i cant seem to find what im looking for.
Many thanks.
