First off, I’m female, 42 yrs old , good health, good weight.

Also new to thr area only been here 6 months. I’m not thrilled with the

Apt with a cardiologist for feb 4 th just to be sure my dr did t
Iss anything. What do you think that episode was? Angina? Silent heart attack?

Two weeks ago dx with high bp. last week had heavy pressure in chest and left arm, laborded breathig. Saw dr who ordered stress echo for tomorrow. Yesterday i started have pain n my left leg, nothing severe just more annoying. I also had some pain near my left shoulder blade. I woke up in the middle of the night to my leg hurting, also so the right leg. Since getting up there is a dull ache in my left leg and still some shoulder pain. Ive always been in very good health but the last two weeks all this stuff has come up. I am going in for a stres echo tomorrow. I’ve also had a bad headche Tues-thurs. ending up in the er to get some relief. Headache is back again today but not as bad. I’m just very frustrated trying to figure what is going on.

Does this sound like angina?I posted here about a week ago a out my new dx with Bp. Wednesday I wasn’t feel quite right no real symptoms just felt off. I had a Pretty bad headache all day this headache would come and go never really that intense butBy Wednesday night it was pretty bad ( I’ve suffered from migraines for many years)This headache did not respond to my imitrex usually all my migraines pretty much go awayIn 30 mi s after taking the imitrex. About every 6 months I will get this type of headacheThat does not respond to my med. Wed. I was just sitting in my reclinerTrying to relax and get rid of the headache when all of a sudden I got thisHeavy pressure feeling in my chest the pressure feeling extended to myLeft arm. I had a feeling of being short of breath. I took my Bp and it was 164/107I immediately took the new Bp med I was perscribed. The pressure feeling lasted about 5+ mins. After that I felt ok but just out of sorts a little light headed I felt pretty much back to Normal after about an hour. My headache was still pretty bad but otherthan thatNo more pressure feelings. The headache lasted 3 days, yesterday I had to Go to the Er to get an iv med to knock out the headache it worked and my headache was gone theRest of the night. At 4 am this morning it’s comi g back again. My dr perscribedVicodin since she doesn’t want me taking the imitrex until they figure out what is going On. I have a stress echo scheduled for this Tues. From what I’ve read o lineMy symptoms sound very much like angina. Another weird symptom that went on On and off all day Wednesday was my left side of my lips got very warm and tingly. The left side of my face also got very warm but no tingly sensation. My husband saidThat my whole face was red even though to me it felt like only the left side. While doing some light cleaning Wednesday , cleaning bathroom mirrors, I felt my heart race and my face turned very flushed. I felt a bit out of breath. I am on a 30 day heart monitor that is suppose toGo off by itself with any abnormal heart function it didn’t go off so I assumed it wasn’tA heart issue. What do you think ?
Betty, thank you for your response. Can I ask if you are in the medical field? I respect and appreciate your answer I just want to know why you thinks it’s that serious ?
My dr seems to be taking a "let’s just some tests and see" type of thing. My husband is wondering
Why they are not doing something asap. Me well I just never had these types of issues so I was trusting my dr. My stress echo is Tuesday. They had me stop my high Bp med for 48 hrs before test, so day 1 of stopping med. I’m nervous to do the test but anxious for the results.

I just had an epideral about 1 1/2 wks ago in my neck for pain, due to 2 pinched nerves. I don’t think this is related to that, but I have been feeling light headed all day, and cant hardly keep my eyes open, what can this mean.? I have been sleeping most of the day. Any ideas what could be causing this?? I am basically in good health except for my back neck and back.
For those that suggest I see a doc. I have done so.. They can’t figure out why I am feeling this way. My blood pressure was up due to the pain prior to my shot. All blood work and test came back fine..
I did forget to mention I am a diabetic, my sugar counts flucuates up and down alot. I am not on medication, nor insulin, trying to control it with diet..
I have always had great BP, just recently with all the neck and back pain, it has went up, but my BP just started doing this within the last 2 weeks.

Hi My mother(Age 50,weight 54kgs) has undergone TMT test for mild chest discomfor and these are test results : Maximal age predicted heart rate -94%,Resting ECG,Mild ST-T changes,Good Effort Tolerance,Normal HR/BP Resposnse,No C/o Angina During Test,OCC,ATRIAL ECTOPICS PRESENT,Mildly increaed ST-T changes during excercise and recovery period test MILDY POSITIVE FOR EXERCISE INDUCED ISCHEMIA ECHO REPORT SHOWS : Good Biventrcular function,normal volves,NO MR/AR, Good LV size, LVEF-72%. Plz advise exact treatment and follow for this . The Dr has prescribed medicins for 2 weeks. Is angiogrma is required in this case?
