Also; I don’t smoke; drink seldomly (only at New Years and Christmas) – never been drunk.

It seems a bit low to me.
The systolic is seems higher than usual, but the dyastolic seems lower. What does this mean?

A friend of my mom’s died of breast cancer a few days ago. If that weren’t bad enough, ANOTHER friend of my mom’s, who is also the mother of a friend of mine, recently got diagnosed with breast cancer. And its so sad because its Christmas time. That poor family has been through so much…

What is the survival rate for breast cancer? Does anyone have any statistics or percentages?

I have bought a Pro Fitness Magnetic exercise bike, I believe its a model number 923/7386 second hand. Its dismantled but I don’t know how to assemble it, and it didn’t come with any instructions : 0. I have tried calling the manufacturer but they are closed until Monday. This was going to be a gift over the weekend and I wanted to give it assembled (look so much nicer than in the box) So would really really appreciate it if anybody has an instruction manual that they could maybe if at all possible scan and email to me : ) ? Even if its instructions for a different model number , I may still be able to work it out : ) I would be very grateful and award you the best answer : )

ok so my mom is morbidly obese
and had diabetes
i don’t want to end up like her when i get older
so i want to join a gym and exercise and lose weight
i have asked my mom if i can get one for christmas(i’m serious)
and she was like give me some information on it and i will call and see i can do it
but every time i give her the information she throws it aways and loses it
and forgets about it
i really want to do this but i have no clue where i can get more information on how i can sign up for a fitness program
can someone tell me how ?
or tell me where are some fitness centers in charlotte north carolina that are free and has good equipment?

……… any tips? especially leading up to christmas….. ?
