What could these symptoms mean!? Please help!?
So for about a week now my girlfriend has been having weird symptoms. She’s been having chronic chest pain that varies in severity from being nothing more than a pinch to actually making her wince in pain. Then sometimes she has a very rapid, very loud heart rate that is followed by lightheadedness, very slight nausea, dizziness, and a rubbery feeling in her jaw (when I mean a rubbery feeling, she says it’s like when you’re about to throw up and your jaw kind of goes numb a bit). I don’t want to freak out if this is just simply an issue of blood pressure, but I’ve been reading a few articles, and it could be severe, and I’m almost positive low or high blood pressure doesn’t cause chest pain (angina). I could really use some help! Thanks a bunch!
EDIT: She’s telling me now that the pain is localized mostly under her left breast, but she has pain all over. She can’t really describe what it feels like though. Hope that helps a bit :\

Does high anxiety have to be an obvious or fully conscious thing?
When someone has an anxiety disorder or possibly just high anxiety without enough symptoms to be diagnosed with a disorder, are they going to be well aware that there is an issue going on or can they be somewhat oblivious to their symptoms?
Like for instance can someone experiences symptoms of high arousal due to anxiety without realizing how anxious they really are. They may feel slightly anxious but aren’t aware their anxiety is causing their arousal symptoms because they don’t think their anxiety is that excessive.
The symptoms of high arousal in this case would be elevated heart rate, irregular heart beat, etc.
So they may feel that they could be exsperiencing vascular issues when it’s really anxiety they are dealing with but not realizing anxiety is playing a role.
What it a normal/ healthy heart rate?
I’m 20 years old. My heart rate is 55 beats per minute. What is normal for my age? Is there a specific range of beats per minute where I’m supposed to stay during exercise?
Thanks
I am not looking for a diagnosis but opinions. A few months ago I began having health problems.?
It started with my left eye twitching and these sharp shooting stabbing pains in my head. Often time’s I would feel a cold effect before the headache. It then extended to my upper left lip. After awhile I began noticing blurred vision. I am highly stressed and contributed it to this, but I also have palpitations, murmur and tricuspid regurge. The twitching stopped with .25 mg of xanax as needed. A few nights I have woke up gasping for breath unable to catch it. I was told panic attacks in my sleep. I am to the point now where I have had a persistent headache every day for 2-3 times a day intermittently. My family physician has ignored my intermittment BP (189/110) issues, I am assuming my anxiety is raising this off and on and is treating them as a migraine. I have had my eyes checked and one dr. wanted to do an MRI for brain cancer. I have no health insurance and can’t afford tons of tests I don’t need. I have had what feels like an earache on my left side for 3 days.
One of my concerns is a feeling in my chest. I am "technically" supposed to be on inderal or a cousin "beta blocker" for my heart to decrease heart rate. This causes me chest pains. I feel a fluttery feeling between my ribs and often times feel something move or overlap inside when I lay down or breath a certain way…it’s really making me wonder if I should not go to heart doctor…unless this can all be caused by anxiety or something else…I have been avoiding them because appt’s start at 0+
I am 26 145lbs 5’7" I am fairly in shape for my age. When the headaches onset it felt like my body was boiling and wanted to explode out of my head, I felt feverish, but no fever…kinda clamy. When I awoke in the middle of the night I remember literally telling myself to inhale and I couldn’t I wasn’t sweaty or anything. It took me a few tries before I caught my breath. I have been very tired lately. Within the past few days I have had pains down my left arm almost constantly but "Faded" and some slight chest pain here and there. I am almost used to this as it happens so much. I have had blood tests done to rule out calcium deficiency (twitching)…I thought work was a stressor but have found that I am getting these headaches at home after being home for 3 days. The pressure in my ear is almost unbearable. I am using drops to see if I coincidentally have an ear infection. I have tried sinus meds, and motrin and nothing seems to help. feel free to email
