Job ideas for people with anxiety disorders?
I have GAD and am super stressed about getting another job. My first two I’ve been fired from (very good with people- just slow at what I do and just not quick enough for quick-paced jobs) which has only added to my stress and lack of confidence to get a new one. I’d appreciate it if someone else with an anxiety disorder (or a lot of anxiety at least) answered my question. I’ve realized it’s a little difficult for people who don’t have experience with anxiety disorders to understand how tough simply everyday life can be for someone with one.
So, just looking for ideas of how to cope and what jobs wouldn’t be too stressful/more slow paced than most. It would be most appreciated. :]
What are some easy suggestions for eating healthy when short on time???
I’ve asked simliar questions before but the answers I get involve cooking breakfast for like a 1/2 hour or shopping for dinner.
My unique circumstances are that I work 2 jobs. I work in an office all day and a restaurant at night. I also go to the gym on my 2 nights off per week. It IS possible to cook dinner on these nights, but on the nights that I work, I go straight form one job to the next and usually end up picking on bread and cheese or anything that is handy. I can pack my lunches and breakfast…. but I’m usually so tired in the morning that there is no way I’m getting up nay earlier than I absolutely have to.
I’m forced to eat out a lot and I don’t do the grocery shopping. I live with my dad.
Any suggestions?
I’m not trying to be difficult, but I only get one day off a week (and none for the next 2 weeks!!!) and there is no way in hell, I am sitting at home and cooking all day. I spend that day with my friends. Shoot, I have enough trouble doing my laundry and washing my hair!!!
Ms. Thang, that’s what I try to do now, but I avoid fast food all together. I just feel like I can’t do anything good for myself because I am so short on time!!!

Is it sleep apnea when you hear yourself snoring?
The problem has been going on for years but it got worst now that I work 2 jobs and I don’t sleep that much. I can hear myself snoring all night long and I feel like I don’t get enough rest because I am half awake I guess. Any ideas?
Is there any kind of job market for exercise research?
I really like lifting and the science behind how the body utilizes energy and materials to make muscle mass etc. I think I’d enjoy a job doing research in the field, or maybe being a trainer for athletic teams, or doing something in the fitness industry. Maybe owning a gym or starting a supplement brand. But is there a market at all for these kind of jobs? Or is it a dead end path to take?
