I wake up and i have anxiety attacks. I sweat, my heart beats fast, i feel detached from the world, and pretty much all the symptoms. Is it a curable problem thru therapy or because this runs in my family would it be best treated with medication? I have an appointment coming up soon and im going to ask for ativan. When i take a benzo its as if i pull my head out of water and can all the sudden look at myself and feel totally normal.

I have OCD and anxiety and take medication. I joined a gym and I find that strenuous exercises stresses me out. I want to get into weightlifting but it is too mentally stressing. Doing cardio exercises is even more stressing because it makes my heart race. I should definitely be doing this because I’m overweight. Does anyone with OCD or anxiety disorders find it hard to do strenuous exercises.

I have heard some recent studies about the side effects of Depakote and that it might cause certain birth defects. I am wondering if someone has medical information on what it is in the medication that causes these birth defects and why? What is the mechanism or active ingredient that is suspect?

I would like to know what drugs people with Epilepsy take. What affects they have. And what happens in a seizure. How often they take their medication. And the main causes of Epilepsy (optional)
I would like to know what drugs people with Cancer take. What types of drugs are assigned with which cancer. Side affects. How long intervals between Chemo/Radiation etc. are.
For people with diabetes. Drugs taken and how often.
People with Celiac disease. What foods are able to be eaten and are there any acceptions with gluten intolerence. Also, if you’re american or if anyone knows American groceries that are gluten free and not found on PS foods ltd, that’d be great.
Anyone with Angina, what drugs taken, how its treated. Any foods that need to be kept away.
Anyone who has had a stroke: drugs, aftermath, sypmtoms, other treatments. Thanks.
Anyone who has had an episode of any sort (from Epilepsy to heart attacks), aftermath, drugs, how often administered (but also what type of diease)
