pink eye question please, i need help!?
I went to the doctor on the 25th, and I was told that I had pink eye, and my tonsils were swollen. The doctor prescribed me eye drops for my eye, and an antibitiotc for my throat. Yesterday as I was looking in the mirror and I lifted the top part of my eye up it is blood shot red. Not the whole top part but the majourity of it. It really spooked me, so I called the kaiser health line, and I talked to two different nurses to get their opinions, and they both told me that its normal, and if its isn’t bothering me as far as pain then its fine but to keep putting the drops in and taking the medicine. So I did as I was told, and now it looks like a part the wasn’t red at the top of my eye is now red, which is in the corner, not by my nose the other corner. I’m really scared and nervous, is this supposed to happen should I go see a doctor or what? Someone please help me thanks!
Heart palpitations?
I am a 33 year old female. I have been diagnosed with heart palpitations. The doc mentioned atrial fibrillation. Ive studied the issue and I guess it has never been coaught on an ECG. My heart rate tends to be fast. I had a heart cath and the heart itself is physically fine. I suffer from sporatic angina attacks and TIA’s. My bp tends to run around 130/99. I used to be an athlete that trained on a high level. I was 1995 National Champ. I had a paramedic say once that that could be the problem. I dont know what to look for as far as the problem goes. What does it sound like to you and what should be my next step in treatment. I see my doc tomorrow about my BP, only the nurses seem concerned. The docs keep saying they r going to put me on medication but never do. This BP has been this way for about 6 years now and is getting worse.
